In the Permanence Bahnhof Luzern emergency practice, we treat primary care emergency without prior notification 365 days a year. In order to make our contribution to the recovery of patients, we have seven modern and functionally furnished consulting rooms available.
In January 2020 our ticketing system was launched. The integrated SMS service enables our patients to move freely until their treatment.
We are a walk-in practice, so no registration is required.
Please note that all patients with a flu-like infection, cough, sore throat, etc. are required to wear a mask. If you do not have a mask, you can buy one from us for CHF 1.-. Thank you for your understanding
