The invoice to be paid is sent directly to the insurance companies. The only exception is Assura health insurance, as they do not bill the service provider directly. Patients with Assura have to pay for the treatment on site and then receive a reimbursement voucher which they can submit to the health insurance company.
There is also the possibility of direct payment on site. If you reside outside Switzerland, the service is only provided against payment on site. All common means of payment are accepted. We also accept Bitcoin as cryptocurrency.
